SALES TAXES_ We charge standard state, local and county taxes on all transactions.
RETURNS + WARRANTY _ As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, unless an item is considered faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If repair is not possible we will try to replace the item. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items, please contact SALES@eleenhalvorsen.com with a photo and a description of the defect and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We take great care in creating high quality merchandise, and appreciate your feedback so we can keep improving.
